1. Do your research. Talk to your friends, and find out who they go to for Yoga, and go to a trusted instructor. We’ll be releasing an article on available yoga instructors, so stay tuned for that.
2. Buy a Yoga Mat. They are available at Arpico and a number of other places as well.
3. Start at home. There a significant number of instructional videos on YouTube. Here is one.
4. Start getting your body used to a routine, and most importantly start slowly.
5. Get inspired. Use calming music, and try and get a group of friends together to increase the habit.
